The only thing I would submit for your training is that the positioning of the vehicle is critical, because an engine is running continuously during the cleaning and the exhaust was close enough to one of our shrubs that it basically fried the foliage on the shrub. :(

Getting an appointment that would work for me was absolutely accommodated. 'Brooks' and 'Mindy' arrived on time with fun, friendly faces and attitudes!! It was 95 degrees and 5pm!! They were delightful, wanted to know the source of each spot , explained what they would do and they did it. The carpet looks brand new. I am not only delighted with the clean look again but also with every aspect of my experience with Zerorez. No soggy carpets ... Hardly even damp. Amazing process which I don't understand but seems to have worked!! I will watch the spots they removed to see if they reappear but I suspect they won't!!
