Friendly responsive customer service (Jen). Great email follow up with comprehensive information. Technician called half hour before arriving so I didn't have to leave work earlier than necessary. Technicians were friendly and efficient. I was asked about scotchguarding but when I declined there was no pressure! Carpets looked great and all stains came out without extra steps/cost needed. We had an unfortunate incident. John's machine in his van broke down halfway through cleaning our house. However, he gave us some options and we picked the option that had him drive to Tualatin, get a new van and a machine that worked and finish the job. John also gave us a free Scotch Gard treatment for the inconvenience. I respect the fact that something happened that was beyond his control and he came back with options, instead of excuses and/or more problems/issues. He is a true believer in making the customer happy. He turned little bit of a negative into an immediate positive.
Justin was very professional, friendly and thorough. He put in that extra effort and got EVERY stain out of my carpets, which is saying a lot as I have two kids and two cats. The carpet also dried pretty quickly after the cleaning. The carpets are now clean and soft, and I am quite pleased with the speed, professionalism and quality of the service from Zerorez Portland. Carpets get much cleaner than with detergent carpet cleaners - carpets also feel and smell better. With Zerorez I don't have to get my carpets cleaned as often.
