Customer service was fabulous - from scheduling my appointment, to the email about prepping for the appointment, and the actual carpet cleaning. I was amazed at how clean they actually got the carpets! Justin was great - he walked through every room looking for stains to pre treat, explained what he was going to do, about how much time he'd need and was kind enough to help move furniture. He was so efficient - takes his job serious and gets it done! It's been two weeks since the cleaning and the carpets still look great! Was kind of expecting done of the spots to re-attract the dirt, but they didn't. Also , I never felt pressured into adding more stuff to the service - the bid was within a few dollars of the quote over the phone which was great. Will definitely use zero Rez again!!!!

We generally call Zerorez once a year to clean our carpets (due to kitty stains). The carpets always come out beautiful and soft! Also, their staff is friendly and polite, and provide helpful suggestions. There is no other service I would trust as much!
Brooks did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and dryer vent. He worked quickly and efficiently. The spots in the heavily use ares are completely clean as is the entire carpet. The house smells fresh and clean. Carpet is now soft and fluffy - looks new.
We had used a competitor last year and were totally dissatisfied. They left the carpet saturated with water and you couldn't tell they'd even been there.
