Great communication and professional service. I was so impressed at how well our carpets came clean, but I was WOW'd with the upholstery cleaning on two of our chairs!

I am very pleased with Zerorez because my carpets look new when they leave. The carpets dry quickly and do not have a chemicals to leave a odor behind. Gabriel was very knowledgeable, very aware of spots I didn't even point out to him and made every effort to improve them! Chris was amazing! He talked about the process (answering all my questions), walked with me through the house and came back with a quote before he started (which is greatly appreciated!), he was friendly & professional and took care with my woodwork! We discussed the application of the protector and how often it should be applied.
