Zerorez does a great job cleaning my carpets. Just as important to me is the fact that I don't have to worry about the products they use. I have chemical sensitivities and I know I won't have reactions to their cleaners.

There were no odors. The noise of machinery was outside not in the house. The agent was knowledgeable, gracious, helpful. I did not feel "invaded" by machines and clutter or noise.The carpets are very fresh dried quickly

I like that there are no chemicals. I have a cat, and small grandchildren, and want them to be safe when they play on my carpet. They were thorough, fast, and explained what they were going to do beforehand. I am very happy with the results.

In a word, transparency. Chris (the technician) was friendly, upbeat, and clearly explained all the service options and prices without pressure or attempts to nickel-and-dime me. I could tell he simply wanted to match Zerores’ services to my needs and ensure customer satisfaction. On top of that, he did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets!
