Technician was very approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. Considering I have 4 cats, he suggested a protectant after the cleaning was done, so "Upsale" was successful.

I like it that you use water to pull out the embedded dirt and other agents; that I can have my carpets and rugs cleand in home with more than top on chemicals.

Awesome customer service!

Rafael called and gave me the time he would be there and he was right on time. He then walked though the house explaining what he needed to do. He then got right to work and was done in a few hours. The carpet had not been cleaned for some time and had some bad spots that I didn't think would come out, but they did . The carpet looks great and I will be using zerorez again.

I was no home when they came to clean, my husband was. He is not easily impressed, but said that the gentleman that cleaned our carpets did an excellent job and took his time to make sure it was done correctly. We have used you in the past, and the last time we were not real impressed. After this experience we will be calling you back when we need it done again.
