What do you like about our products and services?

Raniel (sp?) did the best job, I’ve had so far. I really appreciate that my carpets were so clean looking and dried in a quarter of the time that other service techs times took.

What do you like about our products and services?

I gave a 10 for the cleaning job done on my carpets. It was probably the best cleaning that I’ve seen on the carpets. Kevin did a very thorough job and was very informative about the job. He explained everything he was doing to the carpet and the different cleaners he used. I would definitely have Zerorez clean my carpets again and request Kevin to do the job.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have been pleased with the technicians that I have come in contact whenever I have had my carpets cleaned. Their people skills have always been top notch. Everything is explained about financial costs in a clear and concise conversation & in writing.

House smells good, not perfumed. The carpets feel soft and look great

What do you like about our products and services?

William did a good job today cleaning. He spent extra time on our sofa, which really needed the TLC. He was polite and was done within 4 hours for our entire house! thank you so much for your help, now our carpet is clean and we can breath so much easier ^_^

What do you like about our products and services?

If I've had my carpet cleaned in the past six years, I've used Zerorez. Most recently, Bentley did the cleaning. He was great, the carpets look great; I'm super happy.

The serviceman was polite and knowledgable about his product.I'm sorry I forgot his name,
but He is the owners son.Anyway the motor home was cleaned from the carpet floor to the window surrounds. Very good job!!

What do you like about our products and services?

I think William cleaned our carpet well and it looks good. He showed up 30 minutes early after calling to make sure that was okay, which was great. However, there is some residue left and some crunchy spot on our carpet that we are a little disappointed in. We used Zerorez because we didn’t want that to happen
