Chris and his associate were 2 of the most professional cleaners we have had, since Joel. He was very good at explaining all details of what they would be doing and how.
One thing that was definitely apparent this time was how dry the carpets were already, when finished. After the previous cleaning the carpets were very, very wet and took forever to dry. This had nothing to do with the warm weather since we had to have the air con on.
They were extremely careful of the wall corners and efficient with time on the job.

The technician did a great job. He asked what concerns I have or precautions I needed him to be aware of. I have a lot of wooden bookcases and file cabinets and had concerns that they would soak up water and previous companies had left behind a lot of moisture. As it turned out I was told all would be dry in 4-6 hours. It was closer to 2-4. The rug turned out just as advertised - no sticky crunchy residue. Thanks much. First name removed N
