Attendant was on time and called to let me know he was on his way. The attendant was professional,friendly, and pleasant. The attendant gave me some suggestions on how to prevent some defects on my carpet. The attendant was detail, thorough and efficient. The job was done within a reasonable time. The attendant respected my home and wore a shoe covering before coming into my home. The job was well done and the carpet looked clean and crispy. The carpet was dry within 8hrs according to what the attendant told me. Thank you. I will recommend zerorez to all my friends and neighbors.

The man with the english accent did a good thorough job. He helped me make sense of the pet spots. The cost is too high to treat themthough, and every yr. I wont be able to do that. He did
say that the protectant spray was put on two ways, By the wand and the squirt bottle. I dont believe that tho. The wand is the best way to put enough on and get all areas the same.

We had issues with pet urine that went deep into the carpet, and Zerorez deep-cleaned it with hot water and extracted it with powerful vacuum multiple times, till the carpet and the floor beneath were all clean!

I was quite pleased. The house had pet odors and they got rid of them. Bentley J was the technician I talked to. I was impressed by his knowledge and by he job he did. He explained the process to me and what he was going to do. The part of the carpet that was the worse came out looking almost new. Thank you for a job well done. It's almost a shame I have to sell the house.
