What do you like about our products and services?

I absolutely love the soft, fluffy feel of the carpet and the CLEAN fragrance and appearance.
Bentley was kind, professional and cared that his customer was satisfied.

What do you like about our products and services?

The appointment was easily made and follow up communication on the day of the cleaning as to timing of tech arrival was accurate.
The actual cleaning was efficient and carpet could be used soon afterwards (just no shoes).

I can't think of anything that would have made the whole process any easier or more satisfactory.

Our carpets look great. Several bad stains and order. Almost looks like a new carpet even though the carpet is 10+ years old. Service person clean the tile and grout in bathroom and looks really nice.

I love how clean my carpets feel, look and smell when you are finished. They dry quickly and they do not have a stiff feel but a soft clean feeling. I also love the technicians. They are always friendly, respectful and fun!

Our technician was courteous, instructive and showed us trouble areas. It was very clear what stains might not be lifted. It was all agreed upon before he began. We would definitely want him again.

We've used Zerorez in the past. Our technician, Chris Spencer, listened to what we wanted and needed for our older carpets and then did a great job cleaning them. He was courteous and hard working. Thanks for the exceptional service Chris!

I like how the fabric feels after cleaning. It does not have stiff feel left by residue. Your personnel, Chris T. was polite, efficient and took the time to do a good job.

Our carpets feel so good to walk barefoot on now! I liked that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals and it smelled nice throughout the whole process. Also the service guys were really great.

Kevin did a great job and worked very hard. However I still have stains on areas of carpet that was cleaned.

What do you like about our products and services?

When the person arrived at our home, he realized that the back of the couch was composed of extra large pillows and wanted to charge us an extra $200. Perhaps you should ask if the couch has that kind of backing, beforehand. The extra charge of $200 was quite the shock! I appreciated that he didn't charge that this time. It did feel a little bit like a bait and switch when that happened. Next time, we'll both be smarter. Thanks for a great job.

I apologize you had that experience with Chris Taylor. We do not normally charge this much for a couch. We have a set price of $109 for a sofa and $189 for a sectional cleaning.
