Our service technician was excellent... explained everything included (or not) in the service, was very thorough in the cleaning process and was very careful/cautious with the hoses/wands. We are very happy with our Zerorez carpet cleaning. Joel was very professional and meticulous in his cleaning including Covid-19 processes; the end result is that the carpets are clean and soft, and the price was reasonable as well.

Carpets came out great. This is our new house and we found a lot of animal stains that were not visible without a black light. He informed us of our options for deodorizer. They were dry within 4-5 hours. The technician was knowledgeable and very courteous of our property. We’ve used Zerorez in the past and won’t go to anyone else foe carpet or upholstery cleaning.
