I am pleased with Zero Rez job done my carpet...

Zero-rez has always responded quickly to our need for cleaning and returned to work on stains that emerge as the carpet dries. The phone staff is great, too, and very helpful. Our carpets have been repeatedly "decorated" by pets and because they are off-white, have needed to be frequently maintained. The Zero-rez process has been great and our carpets always get clean and look almost like new. We appreciate the absence of chemicals in all of the cleaning supplies.

I have used Zerorez for many years. They always send a professional, knowledgeable and friendly cleaners. They do the job quickly and efficiently and I am always pleased. The carpet dries within several hours as they tell us. I have had them clean some random carpets, like in my garage, and they are always accommodating. One of the best things about Zerorez is that they do not try to up-sell services. They do the job I requested, clean up and are gone.

I love the way my carpet feels when it’s been cleaned by Zerorez. I also love the care and professionalism the technicians have always treated me with when they have cleaned my carpet. Joel was excellent in listening to my concerns before he even started the carpet cleaning. He took the time to address my questions throughout the afternoon. He was very thorough about using the right methods to get each of the unique spots and stains out of the carpet. He was also very honest about a particular old, worn carpet downstairs that he worked on but did not want to overwork it because of the age of that carpet. We used Zerorez once before in another house and will definitely use them again

The guy who came to clean our carpets was kind and knowledgeable. He patiently answered my questions. We had staining and soiling that needed extra treatment and the products he used smelled great. Light and citrusy I would say. It feels great to have clean carpets and rugs again!

My first encounter with Zerorez was a complete disappointment. My bedroom carpets were saturated, and remained wet for four days resulting in my sleeping on the couch for three nights. I failed to call and complain, which I now regret. At my friends encouragement, I tried Zerorez again, and was very pleased with the result. I have subsequently used Zerorez many times. This last experience was far and away the very best of all. Joel was pleasant, efficient, considerate and the result was the best I have experienced. I am uncertain if the process has improved ,or if Joel worked his magic, but the carpets look better than ever.

Joe fromZeroRez Portland was fantastic! Joe was very personable while introducing himself, had a great sense of humor and took the time to explain his procedure as with setting our expectations.

This was during COVID, and Joe wore his face covering the entire time while in our house, used corner wall protectors to protect our walls from the damage that the cleaning equipment could cause and wore shoe coverings while indoors.

We told Joe our concerns with our more troublesome spots amongst our 3 rooms with carpet to be cleaned and he adjusted his process to accommodate accordingly. He even sprayed our shower tile at no extra charge, to assist with the wet dog smell from the prior home owner, that’s plagued us since taking ownership.

The process was fast, convenient, not expensive AND seemed to dry faster than we had expected it would.

We cannot wait to NOT have the ever-present smell of the oily, dirty and wet dog since we took ownership of our house!
