How it cleaned up the stains
Our carpets are older and the technician was able to get them very clean. He was friendly, knowledgeable and able to explain what needed to be done to certain areas with stains. The stains came out and the carpets look amazing! Thank you

My carpets look like they are brand new. I love the lemon fragment smell that this company uses as everything smells so fresh in all rooms. The gentleman that did the work was so very nice and very professional. He was such a happy person. His name is Joe. I like how he walked around with me in the rooms I wanted cleaned so I could show him some spots that I had and was really concerned about. Then he used like an ultra violet light and went over the carpet to see is anything was there that didn't show. Then he sprayed all of the carpet with lemon base liquid and then started shampooing. Just before he really got to the terrible bad spots I was concerned about he sprayed it with a special liquid before shampooing. Everything came right out. I would recommend this company and Joe to anyone who needs a carpets cleaned.
