Excellent professional service

The carpet was cleaned. I was disappointed that the three pieces of carpeting (front door, runner and other piece) was going to be charged $50. I wish my husband had asked for just the two flowered patterned pieces to be done. Next time, I will be home when the carpet is cleaned. By the way, the three pieces were moved to the garage for convenience.

Very knowledgeable about what to do for pet issues

Great quality and service. Communication was great. Quick service. Arrived on time and finished job in a short period of time. Carpet was clean and spots removed. The carpet dried in a few hours and was soft and fluffy when completed. Price was reasonable, especially for the square footage and the amount of stairs that had to be done in this large home. The technician was very friendly and professional.

Once again a really good job well done! The young man (can't remember his name) that did the job was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

The system seems to be an effective way to renew a carpet. Grease has been removed, as well as old food stains and foot traffic wear. This is my second time to use this company and I will certainly use them again.
