Joe and his trainie came out promptly and did an amazing job. he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I am very happy with the results. I had a three room special for $149. However, by the time he was done with his sales pitch, I paid $283. Much more than I had anticipated but I am still pleased with his work. I will call in the future for further service.

There is no smell left in the house,with the cleaning solution used. The old dirty water is taken away. Also the cleaning equipment is not cumbersome in the house - a loved the corner protectors.

Your service person was on time and called to let me know how soon he would be there. I didn't have very high expectations for the carpet as it was extremely dirty from the previous owners but when Joe got done it almost looked like new. He was friendly and curtious and explained everything ton me. I was very pleased and would recommend Zerorez to others. Thank You!

I didn't feel like the carpet got as clean as it could have. Most of the areas cleaned look pretty good. But, there is an obvious line in one area where you can see the difference in the carpet color. Otherwise the service guy was really nice and business like. I was just hoping the carpet would be just a little cleaner. I guess you could fix it by coming back out for free and redoing the one area.
Your technician estimated my tile square foot area at 925 sq ft for tile and grout cleaning and that it was 80 cents a square foot. I declined the service since it was so expensive. I had another company come out and the actual square footage was 721 square feet. I can only imagine that you have done this gouging of customers several times in the past and that it may be systematic since customers have to rely on your honesty and integrity or lack thereof. To say the least, I am very disappointed that your company would have such a practice of deception. I called you to notify you of this discrepancy and your attitude was that you could care less.

absolutely awful experience. grout is still dirty. dirty grout where it was clean before zerorez. residue from sealing all over floor. some crystals. quoted one price on the phone and than was told it was only for cleaning and not sealing when cleaners came to do the job. was told a certain technician would be available and he was not. was told backspash could be sealed then technician told us that service not available. grout still needs to be cleaned and then sealed. call us to make appointment to remedy this situation.
No harsh chemicals or residue
Find a way to charge less for rooms in which only a fraction of the floor can be cleaned such as small bedrooms etc. Perhaps 2 rooms for the price of one or something along those lines. I recognize the difficulty of this, but it seems exorbitant to pay for two or three 10X12 foot bedrooms when the total floor space actually cleaned is perhaps one third of that.
The process utilized to clean the flooring in our home was great. The look and smell of the carpet after the cleaning is second to none. I have already recommended the Zero Rez product to other friends in the neighborhood. The associate who cleaned our carpet was outstanding, he was friendly, knowledgeable and a hard worker. The perfect combination for an employee who is representing the values and service of any employer.
Carpet was cleaner than with other services, and no odors or soaps.
There is no odor after cleaning, But CLEAN. Personnel are very friendly and have no question very good manners. Nice young guys.
