I was happy with Mark who came to my house today to try and fix the problem from my actual service call yesterday.Even though I am pregnant and angry he and Romeo were very nice and took their time explaining to me the problem. They were very calm and represented your company in a great way. Two thumbs up for them.
However ....
I feel like the guy yesterday (I think they said his name was Joe) totally upsold me and gave me false information. I feel like he made the urine problem worse and told me "you won't be able to smell it at all and I'll spray it with something to deter the dogs from peeing there again." EVEN THOUGHT THERE WERE NO STAINS. But today Mark said, "that spray doesn't exist and there is no garuntee on removing pet odor. We can only apply it to the spot." I most likely would not have done the pet odor spray if I had known that ... because there were no visible stains.
before this incident I have referred customers to zerorez. And i might refer them in the future. I probably will continue to use you myself in the future but I WANT SOMEONE ELSE to come to my home who is truthful and doesn't just upsell me. I understand informing a customer about things that might help them or they might need if they don't know. I'm in sales. I get that. But I feel like I was flat out lied to and it is misrepresentation of a product and the company.
The 2 young men who cleaned our carpet were very nice to work with and helpful.
We would certainly recommend your company to others.
They take extra care not to mess up the corners with their hoses by using they plastic edge things. They always call before arrive so I'm not held hostage waiting all day for them to arrive. I think Cody is nice and very professional.

Despite your best efforts, the zerorez system was not able to remove dirt from our area carpet, dirt we had tracked in from the outside. We weren't able to get it with a vacumn either.
The guys who came in and did the service were first rate. They did a wonderful job -- Zerorez is simply unable to handle the outdoor dirt in that carpet.

Little odor, affordable, quick drying time, very informative, knowledgable, and professional employee.
The carpets are very crunchy, It sounds like you are walking on snow or straw and the place smelled REALLY bad the next day. They do look good though in all fairness.
The tech quoted a price of $468 which was out of my budget but said all of the pet stain issues would be taken care of, cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing, so I agreed.
The tech called about an hour later and said he removed a stain in the bedroom that he said initially it would not come out because it was wax (I told him not to worry about it I would get it out with paper towels and an iron) but the charge was going to be $548 now. I could have cried, and really wish I would have been told upfront.
The next day there was a really bad musty odor in the dwelling- like dirty water. The carpets are stiff and extremely crunchy. A few of the pet stains really smell bad now-it is like the cleaning activated them.
I ran a commercial air purifier for a couple days to knock down the smell and have to delay my move until this is handled. I called and asked if the carpets were supposed to be crunchy and another appointment was scheduled. Customer service is very nice.
Ideally I would like the pet stains that apparently were not treated taken care of as promised in the original quote, and the carpets not to be crunchy with no bad odor.
Product does the best job out there and your service techs are polite and professional.

Your men came on time and worked hard until the job was completed. The carpet looked almost new when the job was completed. I also had them clean the grout in kitchen, entry ways and bathroom. It did look brand new when they finished - I had scrubbed hard on it previously for hours but they accomplished in minutes what I had not been able to do in hours.
The cleaners were very professional and treated my house with great respect. I liked the fact that the carpet was only damp when they left and almost completely dry by evening.

The customer service was excellent! Jonathan was very informative and was able to answer any and all questions. The time spent on my carpets was more than expected, they did a great job of giving extra special attention to the high traffic areas along with a couple of troubling spots I had. It's been a couple of days and the spots do not seem to be resurfacing, yeah!!! I would highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning service. Thanks so much. Name removed
