When Ted came to clean our furniture, all the tags indicating cleaning methods were missing. After doing a burn test on a few fibers of a few chairs to determine the fiber content he and I thought it was fine to steam clean them. He then proceeded to test steam clean the couch and chairs in hidden areas and then we assessed them together when they dried. I gave him my final ok to proceed with the cleaning and they all turned out beautiful! It was not possible to get out all the stains that had accumulated on an ottoman, but they had been there for years. But I now know the ottoman is clean. The chairs and couch had not been cleaned for 24 years. My couch looks brand new and the chairs do not a gray haze on them. I would definitely use Zeroez again.

Carpets & upholstery looked practically brand new again - and once dry, no crunchy feeling from soaps or cleaning agents. Fresh smell again makes it even better. Technician worked hard to make both upholstery and carpet look perfect!
