The tech was very professional and friendly, and did a great job cleaning our carpets. He did not rush through like some carpet cleaners, he worked methodically and let the equipment do its job. Mark did an especially good job on our stairs, and cleaned the front edge of all the treads. Much appreciated!

Like the process, not using such harsh chemicals. In general there is no smell after the rugs have dried. I had an issue after a pet treatment and they came back and reapplied/redid the room when the smell was worse-with no extra charge.
