Zerorez was respectful with my time as they called 15-20 minutes before arriving to my house and within the window frame. Jordan was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He answered my questions I had and did a great job! My carpet smells, looks and feels so good! Highly recommend them!

Eric our technician did a great job cleaning our rooms and explaining what to expect after the job was done. He also asked about any stains (pet, arts & crafts etc.) that might be on the carpets.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate their thoroughness. We have used Zerorez for duct cleaning before and would again.

Process is quick and thorough. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and timely. Not a 10 because you no longer help replace furniture and supply foam squares to protect the wet carpet from furniture stains. Three heavy spots did not come out, don’t know if there is another option to remove them or not.

Easy to get an appointment, young man that did our carpets was prompt. Completed his job in a short period of time was very friendly. I believe his name was Mark.
