Technician was very knowledgeable of carpets and did not try to up sell. Not only did he do a great job cleaning the carpets but he took the time to he educate myself with proper cleaning and maintaining my carpet.

The technician was very professional and explained the process since this was the first time I have had my carpet cleaned. He wore a mask and practiced social distancing which I appreciated. The cleaning went very fast. When he was done he explained when I could put furniture back, vacuum, etc.
