What do you like about our products and services?

Always come out looking very clean and the spots I have they get out also
I believe I’ve had them come out 3 different times while in this house. Carpets still look nice 19 years later
The experts come and always like to hear our opinion on how the carpet looks after cleaning.
Chris did a remarkable job in September now and also cleaned a loveseat for me which I have never had upholstery cleaned before. Chris did a great job

Caleb McCabe, the senior technician who cleaned our carpets was outstanding in his customer service - his friendliness and approach, the way he cleaned our carpets, his explainations, and his overall countenance. He treated us like VIPs.

My first cleaning session I had mixed reviews becuase my carpet turned out beautifully but my area rug, not so much. But then a ZeroRez rep reached out to me and offered to reclean my rug at their facility. Turned out much better. I always appreciate good customer service.

Nick was our Service Person, & he was Professional, & informative.
Did a fantastic job. We had a Family room, a VERY dirty, & stained porch, and the Kitchen Tile & Grout cleaned.
They all turned out great & better than expected.

The young man who cleaned my carpet was courteous, explained everything thoroughly. It came out much cleaner than expected and is still looking good. The price was great. Would use you again and recommend you to others.
