I had an area rug taken for cleaning. It took three weeks to get the rug back and when it arrived the stain was still there and it still smelled. It was sent back to be redone and two weeks later, I'm still waiting. I feel that if this is a redo that it should have been put to the front of the line and gotten it done right away. 5 weeks for a rug cleaning is unacceptable and the time line is getting even longer.

I can not recommend Zerorez with this kind of turn around and thinking that it was ok to send the rug back to me with smells and stains still there!
