Our carpets are older, they took a long time to dry because of the rain and humidity we had the week of carpet cleaning.

After they dried The carpets are soft and not stiff. There is no residue oder and they look so much brighter. Glad we had ZeroRez clean the carpets.
Chris did a nice job because the carpets have been only cleaned once before in 2007.

The technician, Art, did a very thorough job of cleaning our carpet. He was very professional. I also appreciated the fact that he wore a mask while in our home and was very respectful of our furniture while he was working. We are long-time Zerorez customers and will continue to be so.

When I went to schedule online, the first appointment available was a week out. I called customer service to see if there was any possibility of a sooner time slot and they were able to schedule us for the very next day! The technician who came to our home was very thorough and did a great job! He was also very kind and polite.
