The technician was personable and did a great job cleaning the carpets and tile. He was able to get out an old stain that other carpet cleaners have not.

Then, he did everything we had agreed on. That rarely happens anymore.
Our carpet and furniture look great.

Our technician, Chris, was great! Very thorough and explained everything very well. He was very careful bringing the equipment in, and he did a great job listening to us about the problem areas. They are perfect now! Overall, we are extremely satisfied.
