We were pleased with how clean our carpets cleaned up. Dylan walked us thru what he would be doing and how. We did need the extra spray for the carpets due to the dog who lived here. The carpets did come out very clean and the spots came out.

The company is fabulous and stands behind it's warranty. They sent the tech back when I wasn't satisfied. I will definitely use them again.

Nate and Jarrett did a fabulous job. They were very personable and professional. They were fast and efficient AND they got a wine stain out where I had dropped an entire bottle and it shattered. I am SOOOOO HAPPY! Thank you!

What do you like about our products and services?

We are regular customers of Zerorez, but we were not happy with our last visit. The Zerorez manager reached out to us and Sent another tech out and we were completely satisfied. Great customer service!

What do you like about our products and services?

Reginald did a great job spending extra time with us to walk through the problem areas in our carpet and the various options for treating them. He did a thorough job and we were thrilled with the results. The carpet looks really fantastic, and even some of the tough spots that I didn't think could be treated look incredible. Can't thank you enough!

Quick and was an overall good job. Very polite and professional. The only frustration was the edges of the room and stair case which needed cleaning but he stated he isn’t provided the equipment to get to the edges. I had to manually clean all the edges myself.
