You once sent someone out to clean our furniture. He decided that it couldn't be done with your process and recomended that we put the covers in our washing machine. The covers came out very well. We offered to pay for the tripout, but he declined.

It’s cheaper to have 3 rooms cleaned than 2. Which makes NO sense to me.
Also told $20 for the after spray to repel dirt and stains. Didn’t think that meant $20 per room!
But our carpet does look great!

The technician was very knowledgeable about various fabrics and challenges when it comes to cleaning and older couch. I felt like he did a good job upsetting my expectations before he went ahead with the cleaning. I also felt like he gave me some good tips moving forward both and keeping the couch clean and also making sure I protect the fabric in the future when I get the couch reupholstered. He was very polite and was on time. I would definitely recommend his service to others and will use your service again in the future.

I’ve always cleaned my own carpet when there is a spot or two but when your doing all the carpets, hire the pros! These people are fast, efficient, well worth the money. I’d recommend them highly!

Caleb (our carpet cleaner) was great! He was very friendly and did a wonderful job. He was able to get a stain out of our carpet that at least two other cleaners had not been able to budge. We'll be sure to request him next time we schedule a cleaning appt.
