Great overall experience - booked online. Carpet Technician (Mike Rodriquez) was top rate. He took time to review what I wanted and offered suggestions as to what additional services were available. Mike was very informative about the value of his recommendations - and they were just that, recommendations! No pushy sales mumbo-jumbo. Just information on how to get the best out of my 25 year old carpet, and our recently installed carpet.
Mike took some before/after pictures of one of the stairways he cleaned for us - WOW, what a difference. We might even get another 25 years out of that carpet thanx to Mike!
He was listening to music on his earphones, and I offered him a portable speaker I had available. He thanked me, then asked me what music I wanted to hear. He was very friendly and was very efficient about how he used his time and brought his equipment in/out of our home.

The techs were all very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. They discussed additional services that were available, but I never felt pressure to add them to what was already being done. I will definitely call Zerorez again when I need carpet or duct cleaning.

Cleaning appears to be through. Services get pricey in a hurry if you need anything other than just plain cleaning, for example pet stain removal.
The Zerorez people are all professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They do a fabulous and thorough job.
