I have a very large 88 square foot Persian rug that is the real deal. I have had it for about 8 years and have moved to many different places with it. Now that we’ve settled in our house, I decided it might be time to finally get the rug professionally cleaned. Zerorez picked up my rug when they said they would & dropped it off after about a week. The rug looks so good and the wool is nice and soft again. I’m so happy I used them and would recommend them to anyone. It cost about $400, but we have had animals and a toddler so I think it would have been less expensive if the rug could have been cleaned in my home. 10/10 would recommend!

The technician, Cuavante, was professional, polite, efficient and friendly. He explained the process and services and listened to the description of what we were looking for out of our cleaning. No pressure sales which is always appreciated but even more so when you are face to face with a service provider.

He did a great job and we would welcome him back in the future to clean our carpets again!
