THere had been issues with one of our area rugs that had dog urine smells
They tried 3 times, but could not fully get rid of the smells
Received a phone call from Mike who gave me alternatives.
Some that I never knew that Zerrorez had.
He was great, honest, helpfull and kind.

With Mike's help we were able to solve the problem
The customer service and follow up is great
