The service technician (Connor) came out and was very transparent about the whole process. He talked me through any questions I had and made sure to cover everything. The actual work he performed was excellent. He was efficient and made sure not to ding my walls. He was very personable and didn’t try to push too hard on any extra services. Overall, 10/10 experience. I will be using Zerorez again.

Super fresh with no chemical smell. All stains were removed. The carpet felt so clean. The tech was so fast and efficient. I wish I would have used Zerorez years ago and will recommend to everyone I know!
