I think they did amazing job on my carpets you can definitely tell the difference. We have a elder dog I had a couple accidents and all of that is gone. He was very kind and did his job very well this is the third time I’ve use them and I will continue to use them when needed

The service tech was great. The carpet looked great.

Dominic was friendly but also competent. He did a good job with the carpet, but also alerted me to possibility that the blood stains from my accident may re-appear in a few days as the remaining stain underneath could leech up again. Which is what did happen. I will call again, as he instructed me to do, so he/someone can return and use a different cleaning method.
