The carpets look great and the technician was awesome!! My parents are 83 and 85 years old. My mom just had open heart surgery and my dad had spine surgery last month. He was very caring towards them and thoroughly explained what he was using and doing. He threw some salt on their sidewalk for them too! He was very polite on the phone with me as well. I would highly recommend him and Zerorez!
