My carpet is the cleanest it's been since it was new. Ceramic tile looks good, and it's great to have one service for both surfaces on one appointment.

The furniture turned out very nice from the pet treatments and cleaning. But the carpet seems to not have turned out as well it seems like the carpet was cleaned to fast in the down stairs area is where we are not as pleased with the results.
Having pets and small children in our home, we were in desperate need of a carpet cleaning. I love the fact that Zerorez is all natural. The process took under 2 hours to complete and the results are wonderful! It looks and smells so clean and fresh! Our 15 year old living room carpeting is almost as good as new! I cannot say enough about the technicians that performed their wonderful service. Joseph & Oredus were very knowledgeable about the product, went over every step of the process with us prior to the cleaning, and were very respectful of us and our home. The technician was extremely informative. He didn't rush to get to another site. I felt he was very thorough. The carpets weren't crusty feeling after they dried like other products, my carpets are still very soft!
