I love the quality of your services.

The carpet looked nice and bright and fresh. The men were nice and careful as they worked. The carpet seemed to stay wet a lot longer then when I had the carpet cleaned before and the very top raiser didn't get cleaned as it looked darker so I felt of it and the carpet on the top step right next to the raiser was dry also. I checked this right after the men left because I had just looked over the room to see how nice it looked.

Zerorez worked great at removing some old stains from my carpet - it looks as good as new! Also, we had originally planned to have a couch cleaned. Upon arrival at our house, the technician said that because of the condition of the couch he wasn't sure that we would be happy with the results of the couch cleaning. He cleaned one cushion to see how it would come out and recommended not continuing. I appreciate his honesty - he could have went ahead with the cleaning to make the sale, but he was more concerned with ensuring that we would be happy with the end result.

I've never used the products, but not only did I have great service when I called to schedule but the apartment staff were very impressed with the service being that I was not there at the time!

I put down the extra carpet I use as an entry rug today after the cleaning and it was so noticeable how clean the carpet got. I appreciated the crew and their friendly and helpful presentation of the product and services. It was a very positive experience.

I found the phone contacts and emailing from website to be slightly frustrating. Initially I emailed with a request for a quote and also left my phone number. I was called the next day but the caller had no idea of the content of my email. Good PR pays attention to such details. Re: the return phone call: whomever answers the phones is only allowed to put you on hold and find someone else to talk - kind of a waste of her talents I suspect and of my time.
