Juan was extremely polite, knew his stuff, worked quietly and quickly. Your other professionals have also been great. He answered all are questions ( I''m curious - my husband is thrifty) .
- The carpet looks clean.
- Juan helped us move furniture or moved it by himself (not huge stationery pieces, but other) - that makes a huge difference.

I posted on facebook a comment that I was getting my carpets done by Zerorez and I had a few negative comments so I was nervous that I got you guys. I went to take a look when he was halfway done and I had to take a picture!! It was unbelievable the difference from clean to dirty! So I posted the picture on my facebook wall and people were amazed. You for sure got business cuz of that photo. I LOVED the job Zerorez did and the service was wonderful! Josh was very friendly and worked hard my very dirty carpets. Thanks so much!!!!

Jon was very honest, he told me the truth on what to expect before he started. He work very hard, I could tell he enjoyed his job and helping people with his comment, I want you to be satisfied when I leave and not just think I did your work and ran. He got out stains I did not know for sure he could, stayed long enough to make sure I was satisfied. I would recomend Jon to anybody. This is the first time I have used Zerorez.

Andrew was early for the appointment. He and his partner removed/covered shoes while in the house. They were helpful in answering questions and explaining the process. We had 8 chairs cleaned, the whole process was quick and the chairs look great. We are having an area rug cleaned offsite and I'm excited to see how that turns out.

Our carpet was so dirty I couldn't decide if I should just replace it or try to have it professionally cleaned. Obviously went the cleaning route and couldn't be happier! My carpet looks better than it did when I bought my house! After 3 kids, a dog, a cat and 2 not so clean adults, that says alot! Matt was incredibly helpful! I couldn't be happier! Thanks ZEROREZ!

Matt, our technician, took the time to explain everything he was doing. He showed me the bad spots and that he had gotten them clean. He explained some of the additional serviced that Zerorez offered but was not pushy. He cleaned the entire house in a reasonable time. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the service he offered.

The products leave no residue. Your service providers are excellent. The carpet isn't soaking wet after it is cleaned. Everything is safe for my pets.

We had problems with cat urine in our carpet. It was pretty bad and "bob" was unable to
get rid of the smell completely. Zerorez came out a second time and again with the same result. I am disappointed it didn't completely come out but understand how bad cat urine can be. I was very impressed with how hard and long "Bob" work on it the first time. He kept me fully informed throughout the whole process. I also like the follow up that I have received so far.

Reed was very professional and wanted to know we were satisfied before he packed up. Our home has a very fresh smell and spots are gone that have been there for years. Great job and look forward to having you back.
