I like the guarantee that I will be satisfied. I like that zerorez does not use harsh chemicals. Brandon, who cleaned our home, was very professional, courteous and thoroughly explained the process and what would get the best results.

I like the natural substance used, and not having a "cleaning fluid" smell remaining after and during the cleaning process. Staff are nice to work with as well. I did recommend to my neighbor, so hopefully you will get a call from him.

I have never had carpets cleaned before, I was quite nervous to have this done. We have lived here 27 years, I am a clean freek and finally needed some help. Steve Roslien was our technician. He was kind, curtious and very patient with us. For this I thank you. The carpets look beautiful, he did a super job. I also like the cleaning solution he had reccommend for touch ups, much safer than the Spot shot I had been using and a pleasant citrus smell.

Aaron answered our questions easily, and took care of business beautifully; the 10-year old carpets look and feel new with no residue under bare feet. The 25 year old white upholstery also looks new. Just amazing to us!
