My appointment was scheduled to be convenient for me. The service agent was very polite and went straight to work. I understood the work agreement. Though the day was very cold I thought the house was well sealed to allow hoses through the open door without excessive heat loss.

I like the no-residue product for carpet cleaning. I enjoyed the ease of working with all of the staff that I interfaced with. The technician was great; though he told me about a few of the other products/services available, he wasn't pushy, nor did he try to sell me something I didn't need. I felt that the service was of good value and worth my investment.

Communication was great. Showed up at time said. Listened to us. But I felt they went through our house a little quick. If they would have slowed down a little. The results would have been a lot better.

Thouroughly clean. Staff very pleasant and willing to explain your service. I moved a great deal of my own furniture. I was dissapointed when I was told if they did not move furniture they could not move it back.

Each time I've had Zerorez out to do our carpets, the Technicians have been completely knowledgeble, thorough, courteous, and professional. "John" was out on Sunday to do our carpets - what a nice guy! And he did such a great job on our old, crappy carpeting - I can't believe he got it looking as good as he did.
