Fast, affordable, dependable, & friendly.

I was very satisfied with the cleaning I received. There was a mix up with my schedule to clean my ceramic tile & grout, when my time had passed (3-6PM) and no one showed up, I called and with a little persuading, they sent out a great guy even though it was very late in the evening, he went out of his way to satisfy me. Some of his equipment did not work right but he did the job beautifully very professionally.
I do think the advertisement in cleaning carpets should be changed as I was quoted a three room cleaning for $157, and ended up paying over $200 for two rooms and a hallway due to spraying a pet pretreat, which I do not believe I needed. This price should be stated in the advertisment in paper form as well as radio and TV.
As far as the technicians, both were very nice and did a great job.

I had one stain that I was disappointed is still there.

I have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past, but it seems that the carpets I had cleaned seem softer than what the other companies were able to supply. Also, Rey was very knowledgeable about your products & services. Great asset to your company.

The carpet had a huge stain they got right out. THe guys were on time and very professional. I did think the price was a bit high since they only did 1 room and 2 sets of stairs. I will tell my friends you were good BUT a bit expensive.

The service tech was timely, thorough and since this was the first time we have used Zerorez, he explained the Zerorez approach and process before starting. The cleaning process left our carpets looking great and our home smelling fresh. One additional pleasant surprise was that the process did not require access to a water line.
