Great product and the service was friendly and excellent

my carpets look like brand new! After they were cleaned they were not soaking wet, and once they dried there was no residue left behind like I have experienced with other carpet cleaners.
Aaron was excellent! He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable in cleaning the carpets. He explained exactly what he was doing and was very efficient in his work! I would certainly have Zerorez come back and I would definately request Aaron to do the work!!! I am a totally satisfied customer!

Aaron did an amazing job! I had a red kool-aid stain on the carpet that I did not think would come out and it did. We had a superbowl party on Sunday and my friends were impressed on how clean the carpet looked, they thought I got new carpeting. I would definately use Zerorez again and I have already recommended it for friends and family.

I operate an in home daycare and am very careful with what I expose the children to in terms of cleaning chemicals. I really like that Zerorez does not use chemicals!

The technician was helpful and knowledgeable. The carpet looks great! He got some old stains out and I'm too embarrassed to tell you how long they've been there.I'm anxious to have the rest of the houuse done.

I particularly like the zero chemicals becuase I have a baby and a toddler. I know my carpets are clean and there is no chemical residue that could harm my children.

i liked the empowered water cleaning i didnt like the lack of detail in the corners but it was on a saturday at 5 pm the men were neat and on time

They were courteous, efficient and helpful. They did their job well. Our carpet is about 13 years old and the path is pressed down and soiled. It was brightened up considerably. We had it cleaned professionally twice before, the last time with Zerorez and we asked them back. I hope they are paid well. We lightened up the furniture by emptying our the end tables of books, games and maps. I hope it helped.

how clean and fresh everything looks when your done.

I thought that the service was very professional and that the product was excellent... Two of the three bedrooms cleaned up beautifully, but the third still has a faint odor of feces smell..... i paid an extra $60 for about ten square feet of the enzyme spray so i am disappointed that the one small area is not fresh smelling.....

The service personnel were excellent!

.. but I'd warn them of the extra costs. My $129 for 3 rooms ended up well over $200 because I added protectant and bought the lifetime carpet & pet cleaners. Maybe be more up front about the extras and their cost. Even at over $200 was still worth it.
