Everyone from the person who answered the phone when I called to make an appointment to the technican who cleaned the carpet was respectful, helpful, very informative about the service and seemed to be very concerned that I was happy with the finished work. I am very happy with the results. We have a pet and had a few issues with that, the spots were cleaned and have all but disappeared. Thank you!!!

My carpets get clean and look like knew

Scheduling was quick and easy, and the carpet came REALLY clean. It's bright and soft after years of use and abuse. It dried fast and doesn't feel at all 'crunchy.' We're very pleased.

They were friendly, neat, clean, the carpets look lots better than they did. Not all stains were able to be removed, but I didn't think they could be.

The process and equipment - very effective in soil removal and moisture collection.
The Operator - appears to be well trained in use of equipment and chemicals. Highly motivated and courteous. We have recommended he and Zerorez to friends.

Appointment set up was easy. Technicians called ahead as promised, and arrived within the time window I was told. Technicians were extremely courteous, explained the process, took extra care not to scratch or mar any walls or woodwork. Most importantly, the results were fantastic! My carpet is old and worn out, but the cleaning almost removed the obvious "wear paths" that I have been unable to remove shampooing it myself twice each year. I also had them clean my couch, and it definitely removed the slight soil from the arms and back.

The price was not exactly cheap, but was certainly reasonable and fair. And again, the results on both couch and carpet were excellent.

The serviceman was very thorough and very professional. He worked hard and did a great job!!!

I like the fact that there is no soapy residue and the carpets dry quickly. We did have an issue with equipment failure, but Ben found a way to get it back up and running to finish the job.

I love the way the house smelled and that you aren't using real chemicals. The technician did a fabulous job. I was very impressed and most definitely wowed! I will definitely use Zerorez again.

My carpet felt clean. The guys that did the cleaning were extremely nice. They went out of their way to be helpful. I asked that they come back and try to remove some spots that they missed; this was done in a couple of days and it did the trick. Will definitely have them back.

The techician did an excellent job and was very friendly and professional. My carpets look great. My only disappointed concerned the purchase of Zero Stink. I purchased a bottle to remove pet vomit. Unfortunately, I had an opportunity to need it and the results were poor. It did not remove the stain and I had to use my old stand-by Resolve.

We needed to have our carpet stretched after noticing it bunching up on the edges.
