Product cleaned a messy cat urine problem easily and successfully . The service was quick and on time. The two workers were friendly and very willing to answer questions. The quoted price was much lower than the final price. I was anticipating that but it would have been nice to get a more reasonable quote.

The tech was excellent. He was great with my kid and my dogs. Explained everything as he did it. Did not pressure me into the upgraded services. And he was quick, and got out stains he had warned he might not be able to get out. My only concern was with the scheduling dept. I had requested a morning appt but when they called to confirm the day before I was scheduled for the late afternoon slot. I had to call and complain and wound up rescheduling for another day. But for the most part - an excellent experience!
