In-home consultation, experienced sales person
The company was very friendly and informative when calling to answer questions and get scheduled for a cleaning. Once they arrived they explained everything thoroughly about the cleaning process and gave me options for specific cleaning needs. A quote was given prior to starting the project so no surprises when time to pay the bill. After completion the employees explained again what they did and what to expect in the following 48 hours of drying and returning furniture in the rooms. The employees were very friendly and professional.
