He called to let me know when he would be arriving
He was efficient and quick

Our carpets were cleaned in about an hour

We had mainly "2 rooms" our Master bedroom and stairs, and our family room, hallway and stairs in the basement...

He also let us know how long to wait before we could put our furniture back...

It took about the 24 hours for the carpet to dry sufficiently... Which was expected...

We have used Zerorez in the past and will do so in the future.

Nate and Jack did a great job cleaning
our carpets! I had some spots of cat urine that were causing an odor. They were able to find them using a more powerful black light than the one I had. They gave extra attention to those spots and that odor is gone now. They worked hard on the rest of the carpet too, going extra over the high traffic areas. They were able to offer me a good deal and I decided to have the bedrooms cleaned too.
