That my carpet isn't soaking wet after they are finished, it doesn't take forever to dry and the carpet isn't hard when it's dry. They are on time friendly and explain everything before they start the job.

The first cleaning was subpar and I was left with stains, with the tech saying he couldn’t get them out.
