He was not pushy about purchasing other features and didn't make me feel obligated to buy anything else - just provided the information. He also was able to clean two of our chairs that a previous "cleaner" (and I use that word sparingly) almost ruined. Our carpets and two chairs look beautiful. We will be calling Zerorez from now on for our carpet needs.
