I appreciated that Keith took the time to explain several things I didn't know or understand previously about carpets in general and my carpets specifically. I'm not a fan of the expense, which may lead me to go with a different agency in the future. But Keith was fantastic and likely needs a raise.

At the beginning of December, we had carpet cleaning in a few rooms and it turned out great. Last week, we had our air ducts cleaned. With both services, I received a phone call with estimate time of arrival and the process was explained before they started. Zerorez employees are incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and take pride in their expertise. All 3 technicians were friendly and seemed like they enjoy their jobs! I’m pleased with their work and will use Zerorez again.

Technicians are friendly, and professional don’t push the upsell too hard. Carpets always look significantly better and are dry by the next worming without chemical odors
