We greatly appreciated the company's willingness to adjust the arrival time to give us time to attend a funeral. Jack, the technician, did a great job cleaning carpets that were extra dirty because of moving and house cleanout. Because we were not there when he finished, he took the time to text photos of each area. Not only was he proficient, but also thoughtful and helpful. His professionalism made a difficult time easier.

Great job, initially, had an issue, Zerorez came back and fixed my carpet. Really like this company and their technicians. I will use them again.

So far, I am very pleased with how much better my carpet looks. It’s still drying, so I’m not sure if old stuff will reappear, but I really like that that is planned in as a low cost option for me if it does.

I’ve used Zerorez for years once I tried a coupon for another cleaner. When I walked on the carpet, it was hard and crunchy. Now I will only use Zerorez as my carpet is soft when they are done. They technicians take care in the house with walls and furniture.
