It’s all about the carpet technician that does the job. And I had Mandel, who was GREAT. Patiently walked me through exactly what he would do, was very careful and worked really hard to clean our multiple carpet areas and stairs. He was professional and efficient and handled the billing perfectly. I have been a ZeroRez customer for many years and Mandel was another example of an excellent, customer service representative of ZeroRez.
