What do you like about our products and services?

This was my first time using Zerorez. The carpets look great.
Brendan was professional and very easy to work with. He actually listened to all of my concerns as we walked through the entire house. He cleaned the carpets in 12 rooms, 3 hallways, and several sets of stairs.
I am glad I used zero, Brendan did a great job, and the carpets look wonderful.

Your service tech is always pleasant and ready to do what is needed to get the job done - plus they do it quickly as well as thoroughly. He also explains any issues he sees when surveying the project. I have used your service several times and am always satisfied with the results. Also feel your fees are reasonable for the service provided. I will definitely use Zerorez again when my carpets need cleaning.
