Everything! Your price are right on for the job(s), your employees are polite, very knowledgeable, the materials (empowered water) that you use to clean the carpet(s), furniture, rugs, etc. I think I have recommend you to my family and friends so many times and not one of them complained about Zerorez.

I really like the technician who came and did our cleaning. He was very friendly, smart, and a hard worker!!! For the life of me I can't remember his name but he was a young guy with a nice smile who will be working in the St.Cloud area soon. I have recommended him specifically to three of my friends and family looking for carpet cleaning services!!!

The tech was wonderful and made sure to really clean up after himself. He was thoughtful about the space he was cleaning and keep me informed during the process. It was AMAZING to see the results part way through the process and realize just how dirty my carpeting had gotten.

Keeps the carpet looking like new. No harsh chemicals used. The technician, Jesse Morehouse, was fantastic. I will request him when I have more carpeting cleaned this spring.

I love the zero residue aspect of your cleaning. I think you guys always do a really nice job. You hire good techs that are good communicators and explain your products and different stains well.
