My lead technician was very positive and fun to work with. Both Nathan and Jesse appeared to really care about my concerns offering good suggestions to me. They were both very thorough in cleaning the carpets and the results surpassed my expectations! I am a very pleased customer and will use Zerorez again.

I like the professionalism, and the way that they dressed and put 40s on to walk on the carpets. He was also very helpful in helping me move some furniture back which I thought was very nice.

Their products are safe for my furry and non furry babies and you can really see the clean difference. They also provide great customer service!
